New celebrity couple alert! Sound the gossip sirens for the fans and stans to come running (and tweeting)! Alright, so this one’s still a rumor, but we’re obviously excited about any possibility of Ed Sheeran and Selena Gomez hooking up.
While everyone was wondering about Sheeran and serial celeb dater Taylor Swift after they collaborated on “Everything Has Changed,” Swift was reportedly introducing the red-headed romancer to her good pal, Gomez. The introduction must have gone over well, because Sheeran was recently spotted leaving Gomez’s house, guitar in hand. Could there be a collab on the way? Maybe he just knew that even a starlet like Selena couldn’t resist his musical charms.
We have our fingers crossed for this pairing, mostly because we’d like to see Gomez with someone who isn’t a complete dou–, uh, nuisance. Plus, we think the two would be strangely (and absolutely) adorable together. Am I getting too imaginative? I don’t think I’ve crossed the line yet, considering I can’t come up with a better couple name than Edlena.
Anyway, Ed, if this is all just a made up rumor, it’s time to make it a reality.
