Daft Punk To Debut “Random Access Memories” In Rural Australia

daft punk - random access memories

When the little town of Wee Waa, New South Wales isn’t hosting farmer’s challenges and demolition derbies, the town is hosting the Daft Punk Random Access Memories launch party. That is right, Wee Waa, NSW, Australia will be the “global launch party” location for the new Daft Punk album. The 79th Annual Wee Waa Show will be held on Friday 17th to Sunday 19th May 2013. Random Access Memories will be played on the 17th, yee haw (or Wee Waa?)! Space is currently limited to 4000 guests, and with Daft Punk’s surprise appearance, they are most likely going to run out of space quick. If you think you’re going to make the trek, check out the Crossing Theatre website, which will post tickets on April 12th. More info on the Wee Waa show can be found here. Random Access Memories will be out everywhere else on May 21st via Columbia.
