If you’re going to “save rock and roll,” you might as well bring out the big guns, and Fall Out Boy’s enlisted some of the biggest. Not only will the hottest mess in all of rock singer of Hole, Courtney Love, be appearing on the band’s new album, but Patrick Stump also tweeted a picture in the studio with Sir Elton John.
What are we supposed to expect from Save Rock And Roll? First Fall Out Boy has rapper 2 Chainz on their comeback video, and now this? I think it’s fairly safe to say they won’t be reverting to the early 2000’s pop punk on Take This To Your Grave, but it also seems like they’re taking a giant step away from 2008’s Folie A Deux. This has been one of the most confusing reunions ever, but the hype is still growing, so we’ll just have to see where it leads come the album’s release date, April 16th.
